In Kansai International Airport, the first Halal Certified shop! A relaxed eatery where you may order "Sanuki Udon" self-serve style. On July 25, 2013, the shop was reopened after receiving Halal certification from Malaysian Halal Consultation & Training Agency (MHCT). All of the products, including the beef, chicken, and seasonings, are Halal-certified, making them suitable for Muslim customers to eat. Non-Muslim consumers are also offered alcohol in dedicated disposable cups that are properly halal managed to prevent cross contamination. Starting with the menu, all goods and the dining experience are presented in four languages (Japanese, English, Korean, and Chinese) so that even first-timers may enjoy their meal. Sanuki udon, oden, tempura, and rice dishes are among the items for sale.
