Persian Halal restaurant in Jiyugaoka

Persian restaurant is very rare to find in Tokyo and finding Halal is one other difficult task. But luckily, I found one Halal Persian restaurant in Tokyo around Jiyugaoka.　
It is a very small restaurant with a nice selection of traditional food items mainly Persian food. It is located on the 1st floor of a building called JIYUGAOKA DEPART. There is an elevator to go up. Very easy to access as it is just next to the station. You can see the station from the 1 floor of this building just about 1-2 minutes walking distance from the station.

The interior of this restaurant gives a great Middle eastern vibe. The cook/chef is actually the owner and he is Muslim. The menu is a lot similar to Turkish restaurants. But they do have some amazing dishes as well which are worth ordering to enjoy the process and the taste too.

When I visited this restaurant, I ordered their famous rice which I usually watch on tv channels named Baghari pulao. It is a flavored basmati rice dish that includes a lot of dill leaves and some green beans and saffron. It was cheap. There are a lot of dishes on their menu which are cheap but some of the menus are expensive too. when I was there, I saw one of their dishes which was served to the other customers in an amazing way in a kind of pot. I watched the whole amazing process. I saw their famous Caspian dish too, had a chance to try it by the owner and it was great. Later I was served with a free Turkish/Persian tea. To me rice was okay not so good according to me, maybe the rice is cooked that way.

I will definitely give one more try to visit them again and try their other dishes. They do have such authentic dishes as well but of course a little expensive. It is a local joint to get Persian food with a cool vibe and friendly owner. The owner has a lot of kebab stands nearby.
