A Vegan Restaurant in Jiyugaoka

There are lots of Vegan restaurants in Japan but still, there is a risk of eating there for Muslims. Because vegan doesn’t mean it totally safe to eat. There are many other ingredients also to check like alcohol and preservatives.


But luckily, I found one Muslim-friendly restaurant in Tokyo whose name is T’S RESTAURANT.
It is a plant-based dining and take-out restaurant with a global twist of noodles, pasta, rice, and desserts. T's restaurant was opened 12 years ago in 2009. they opened the restaurant in order to take good care of people with veggies which are good for health.
T's restaurant is also linked with T’s tan tan. Which offers rich and delicious noodles without using any meat, seafood, eggs, or dairy products.


It is located near Jiyugaoka station. Just about 5-minute walking distance from the station. It is located in a shopping mall known as LUZ. And is on the B1 floor.
The restaurant is big enough and has around 5-6 tables. They have a big menu. But here you can't order everything. The manager herself told me briefly what can be consumed by Muslims, they have one separate menu in which there is no alcohol added in food and not even any preservatives. In their other menu, there is wine or any other kind of alcohol in their sauces and many preservatives which are not safe for Muslims.


So, after understanding clearly about the menu, I ordered from their non-alcoholic menu. I ordered Doria from their menu. my order arrived in 5 minutes. It was served hot as I was able to see the cheese bubbling in the dish. It was a vegan Doria, but very delicious. Was very cheesy. It was served with some salad. The prices are a little bit higher at this restaurant maybe because they are vegan. Was really happy to know that some vegan restaurants do understand Muslim-friendly dishes and thus they explain it upon asking. Great staff and great ambiance and of course tasty food. Highly recommended restaurant
