Shinjuku Station is one of the busiest stations in Tokyo. Many tourists also visit Shinjuku as they enjoy fully packed of trains.

In Shinjuku, there are many Halal Turkish restaurants. One day, I went to Shinjuku and was very happy to find one Halal restaurant is named USKUDAR. It is about 5 minutes walking distance from Shinjuku Sanchome Station and about 2 minutes from Shinjuku Station. (Both Station is close to the shop). It is on the second floor of a building but there is no elevator. I was there at 11:30 because the shop opens at 11:30 according to Google. However, I noticed that the shop actually open from noon.
When I was waiting till the shop is open with my kids, a lady tried to talk to me and she said that we could come in the shop before open. The lady actually works at the shop! That was how I got meals before noon. She was so kind to us. I ordered chicken kebab combo which has rice, bread, salad, chicken, soup and the amazing Turkih tea.

Everything was good but I can tell you all the soup was the best and delicious soup ever I have tested in any Turkish restaurant! The soup was spicy and sour though. I would love to give them 5 stars! Again, I greatly appreciate everything the lady let us in before noon has done for us. They have many varieties of Turkish meals as well. The sad thing of this shop is that they do not have an English menu, they just have Japanese menu so it was kind of hard for me to read it properly.
However, I would say it is a good shop with good interiors and very friendly staff. Plus, 100% Halal restaurant in Shinjuku
