Every country has its own flavor, tradition and style of food. But it is fact that no other cuisine is rich like a Pakistani and Indian cuisine. Indian and Pakistani cuisines are famous for its aroma and spicy mouthwatering flavor. Located in Tokorozawa, Saitama, TAJ MAHAL (INDIAN RESTAURANT) is a very nice place to visit and enjoy Indian cuisine. It’s a 5-minute walk from Tokorozawa station (west exit), located in PROPE DORI and can easily be accessed via Seibu line. This restaurant serves 100% HALAL food. The owner, chefs and the staff are all MUSLIM. The owner is Pakistani and other staff are Indian or Pakistani. It seems like a great friendship example of India and Pakistan under one roof. They have such a huge Menu and so many types of curries. I therefore ordered a SPICIEST CHICKEN CURRY with GARLIC NAAN, PLAIN SEEKH KEBAB, CHICKEN TIKKA, MANGO LASSI and their ONLY weekend special BIRYANI. They serve biryani only on Saturday and Sunday. No doubt they have an amazing food. It's hard to get a delicious Asian food which gives tastes from India and Pakistan. I loved the GARLIC NAAN, BIRYANI and MANGO LASSI most among the food I ordered. If you visit Tokorozawa, I highly recommend to try their food. The service was good and even the staff seemed friendly. They have a pretty nice space for parties as well.
