SARAY HALAL KEBAB SHOP near Asakusa station GINZA LINE

SARAY is a Turkish food serving restaurant name which serves Halal food. They have many branches in Tokyo areas whether it’s a small shop or dining restaurants. I have been to their one branch in Ginza but this time I went to one of their kebab shops of Asakusa branch. The Saray kebab shop which is very near to Asakusa station (Ginza line). It is just 1 min walking distance from Ginza line. I visited Asakusa with my kids, after getting tired was searching for some Halal food and ended up seeing Saray Kebab shop. I saw the Halal mark on their sign board but I asked them again that what menu is Halal to which they replied: “ALHAMDULILALLAH everything is Halal”. I was very happy to hear it. Their menu has a lot of things apart from kebab wraps, they had pita bread sandwiches or bun style sandwiches, fried long potatoes , Korean style cheese hot dog etc.. I ordered their special Saray kebab sandwich which was in a baguette. I ordered 2 of them one in chicken and one in beef. Prices were not so high it was around 650 yen. There is an outdoor little sitting arrangement. So, you can enjoy while sitting on the street side sitting area or you can get it as take away. I ate little with my kids, rest I took it as take away. The bun was so fresh, the sandwich was delicious, I chose Iskendar sauce so it was very good. There are 4-5 options to choose your sauce. I liked mine a lot. My bill was around 1300 Yen in total, very cheap! They do have Halal Turkish ice cream also. It is a very reasonable Halal kebab shop which is very easy to access. I am definitely going to visit this shop to try their other dishes like kofta sandwich, spring rolls etc soon. Those who like such things must visit this small Halal kebab shop.
